I’ve had a big building project done on my house before and found it incredibly stressful. To the point it put me off doing any further work. We fell pregnant and needed some more space in our house so had to extend again. I can honestly say Liam and his team were the best builders I could have asked for. They were respectful, tidy and intelligent. Our architects had drawn up plans that when Liam was building he stopped and questioned whether that was what we wanted as in reality it wouldn’t have been as the plans showed. Without his intuitive mind, our extension wouldn’t have given us what we wanted. He changed the plans last minute to accommodate our realistic needs. When we came across hold ups beyond his control yet still had a deadline (I was heavily pregnant) he got the job to a point we could pause at so I could give birth and be comfortable in our home with a newborn. They restarted the work when I asked and was in a healthy place mentally to have people in and out with a newborn. His ability to problem solve, manage his staff and my expectations exceeded anything I could ever have asked for. I am so grateful to Liam and his team for everything they’ve done for us and recommended them to anyone for building or carpentry work. I have very high standards and expectations and he and his team exceeded them throughout the job. Little things like tidying up, fixing things quickly that they didn’t expect would happen but affected our family life. He’s one of a kind and I am so grateful to him and his team for everything they did for us. We have everything we wanted now and they did it with the least upheaval and fuss. Having building work done is stressful but if you use him he will ensure it’s done properly and with the least amount of stress possible.

We are really pleased with our new room, many thanks Liam, it’s exceeded our expectations. The work had to be really detailed and carefully crafted as the existing oak beams of the house were not even; Liam and his colleagues did a brilliant job getting the wood and the glass to fit so well and finished off beautifully. The careful choice of wood also matched the existing oak well, so it looks like the new room as always been there. Liam was a pleasure to work with, keeping me up to date on timings etc and tidying up every day. Thank you!
